Business Strategy & Cognitive Leadership
London Wolfe
Helping healthcare organizations, schools, and business owners fix the friction that slows them down.
Most friction isn't about effort. It's about how the system underneath it is built.
Systems designed around one way of thinking will always leave capable people behind, whether that's a team of fifty or a business built around just you.I’ve spent over 10 years across education, training, and business development learning how teams and businesses actually work. Part of that is finding the friction points nobody’s talking about. Sometimes its in a blind spot that the person running it can't see from the inside. Either way, things finally run the way they're supposed to.
About London Wolfe
London Wolfe
Cognitive Leadership Specialist | Business Strategist
London brings a background spanning education, organizational behavior, business strategy, and leadership development. Her work bridges the gap between a good plan and the human behavior that determines whether that plan holds up in practice. A former educator and NLP-certified practitioner, she’s the founder of the Cognitive Leadership Style Framework, built on one idea: people do their best work when how they think matches what they're asked to do. As well as the Leadership Thinking Pattern Assessment which pinpoints where those different styles create friction on a team. For business owners, that same framework surfaces the blind spots holding a business back, whether that's mindset, structure, or marketing. She has done executive coaching for leaders across government and public education, as well as direct business owners both domestically and internationally.

Your team has the process, but something else is missing...
You already have some kind of structure or tools like SBAR, CUS, or the Two Challenge Rule to give your team a process to follow. Yet, something feels off within your team and the results they're producing. What’s missing isn’t the process. It’s what happens underneath it.

K-12 & Instructional Leadership
The Wired to Learn Masterclass
Cognitive Leadership & Energy Mapping for Educators
Format: 4-hour interactive workshop (half-day max)
Who it’s for: K-12 educators, school leaders, and instructional aides
How the Day Runs
Hour 1
The Cognitive Leadership & Blind Spot Workshop
Focus starts on the educator first, using the 4-Style Teaching Assessment (Analytical, Visionary, Relational, Structural) to uncover their own strengths and blind spots
Teachers overlay their style against a student they’re struggling with
The goal: figure out if it’s really a behavior issue, or a mismatch in how they’re communicating
Hour 2
Energy Mapping & The Modern Digital Student
Teachers learn the Energy Mapping Questionnaire through real case studies of fast-processing, digitally-wired students
What looks like checking out is often rapid processing, not inattention
Fidgeting and movement can be a way of listening, not defiance
Sensory coping can show up looking like disconnection
Hour 3
Practical Classroom NLP Techniques
Simple, non-judgmental techniques to de-escalate without adding to the teacher’s own load
Pivot scripts for calming a moment down fast
A “throw and catch” questioning style
Ways to hold a boundary without it feeling like a confrontation
Hour 4
IEP Integration & Classroom Flow Design
Teachers apply what they’ve mapped to real IEP accommodations and classroom layout
Everyone leaves with a finished toolkit template
Maps where any student struggles, where they thrive, and what environment helps them learn best

London has an extraordinary ability to truly see a student—not just their challenges, but how their mind works, how they process energy, and the unique cognitive strengths they bring. Reading her assessment, I found myself saying, 'Yes! That’s exactly him,' over and over again. London’s insights provided an invaluable roadmap for navigating his classroom transitions, giving both myself and his teacher a clear, strength-based strategy to support him.
